Wilder Loren Hatchell, 71, of Florence, SC, died on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Carolinas Hospital. Born in Dillon, SC, he was a son of the late Oscar James and Louise Wilson Hatchell, Sr. Mr. Hatchell is also predeceased by his baby son, Thomas Hatchell. He was a computer programmer at Stephenson Finance/TranSouth for over 25 years. He also enjoyed working at QVC and Manheim Auto Auction. In his free time he enjoyed being with his family, NASCAR racing and South Carolina Gamecock Football. He was an avid collector of model cars. He is survived by his wife, Anne Bethea Williamson Hatchell; two daughters, Stephanie Hatchell Allen of Florence, SC, and Shannon Hatchell Farr of Piedmont, SC; a sister, Mabel (Jack) Allen of Latta, SC; a brother, Oscar J. "O.J." (Joyce) Hatchell, Jr. of Dillon, SC,; and three grandchildren, Courtney Lauren Allen, Madison Sierra Farr and Ethan Drake Farr; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Cain-Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the service. Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens, directed by Cain-Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Pee Dee Community Fellowship, P.O.
