A memorial mass for Virginia Leggett, widow of Robert E. Leggett will be held at 11:00AM Thursday September 2, 2010 in St. Anthony Catholic Church conducted by Father Marcian Thet Kyaw. Burial in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth, PA. Memorials may be made to, St. Anthony Church & School, 2536 Hoffmeyer Rd., Florence, SC 29501. Mrs. Leggett, 86, died Tuesday August 24, 2010, in a local nursing home. She was born October 15, 1923 in Glassport, PA, to the late Andrew T. and Christine Gagorik Lipnicky. She was employed for 10 years by the Industrial Relations Division, Personnel Department, of Copperweld Steel Company, Glassport, PA and State Farm Insurance Agencies. She was a Girl Scout Leader in Elizabeth Township, PA. She was a member of the American Quaterhorse Association. Surviving are: daughter, Barbara (Jack) Kolesar of Timmonsville; grandson, Wade Nixon of South Carolina; sister, Christine Morus of Glassport, PA; brother, Ted Lipnicky of Jefferson Hills, PA; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
