Velma Ann Rabon Reinhard, 67, of Florence, SC, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at McLeod Medical Center. She was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Frank McKenneth Rabon and Addie Bell Cannon Rabon. She is also predeceased by four brothers, Douglas, Carl, Frank and Gene Rabon and one sister, Dinah Rabon Hardwick. Velma was retired from Southern Bell Telephone Company and she was a lifelong Baptist. Surviving are her husband of 44 years, Dale M. Reinhard; daughter, Brandy Michelle Reinhard Floyd (Joshua); granddaughter, Jaidyn Floyd; two sisters, Mildred Phillips of Springfield, TN and Myrtle Phillips of Lamar; and a number of nieces and nephews. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
