It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Veda Adams Godwin on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the age of 84 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Rhonda Hyman Ingram of Myrtle Beach and Jonathan Kip Hyman (Josette) of Summerville, SC,  her grandchildren: Kessler Hyman of Goose Creek, SC, Jack Hyman of Jupiter, FL, Luke Hyman of W. Palm Beach, FL and Alyssa Gerena of Summerville, SC;  her sisters: Judy Stokes of Florence, SC , Phyllis Trexler of Chesterfield, SC, and Deloris Tucker of Chesterfield, SC, and Betty Ray of Lilesville, NC;  her brothers: William Adams (Pat), Harold Adams (Sissy), and Delbert Adams, all of Chesterfield, SC

She was predeceased by her parents: Perry and Ruth Adams of Chesterfield, SC.

A Memorial Service will be held at Cain-Calcutt Funeral Home at 512 West 2nd Loop Road, Florence, SC on Saturday, July 13 at 1:00 PM.
