Valerie Lynn Justice, 62, of Effingham, formerly of Cape Cod, MA, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Ms. Justice was born in Virginia, a daughter of the late Carl Haskell Justice, Jr. and Mary Frances Thomas Justice.  She was a teacher for the public school system.

Valerie is survived by her daughters, Caitlyn (Mark Mullins) Colleran and Erin (Joe) DeSoto; brother, Carl Justice, III; and sisters, Frances J. Smith and Wendy Ramsey.
