Ubie Garland Jenkins, 62, of Florence, SC, passed away on Tueaday, August 1, 2017. He was born in Florence, a son of the late Josephine Spivey Jenkins and Lester L. Jenkins. He is also predeceased by his wife, Patricia R. Jenkins, his son, Ricky Jenkins, and two brothers, Paul E. Jenkins and Harold L. Jenkins. He was employed as a long distance truck driver for 20 years until his health declined. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles. He is survived by his daughter, Christina Boone; two sisters, Frances "Jenks" Craven (Ashley) and Patricia "Polly" Webster (Larry); and a special nephew, Freddie Webb. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at Florence Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends following the service.
