Timothy "Scott" Munn, 59, of Florence, passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023. Scott was born in Florence, SC, a son of D. H. "Pete" Munn Jr. and Diane W. Stephenson. He was a stellar athlete during his high school years at West Florence High School, having lettered in football, baseball, and basketball. He was an entrepreneur of numerous businesses in Texas, and then in South Carolina. Scott attended Elim Bible Church in Effingham, SC and was a veteran of the US Army. He loved cooking, watching football, especially his SC Gamecocks and Dallas Cowboys, and he also enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Scott's pride and joy were his two children, Carson and Grace.

Surviving is his mother Diane W. Stephenson (Phil), father D.H. "Pete" Munn. Jr. (Bobbie Jean), his former wife April Munn and their children, Carson and Grace Munn, brother, Brad Munn (Dawn), two nephews, Tanner and Mitchell Munn; six stepsiblings; three aunts, Pam Dieterich (Chris), Evelyn Winstead, and Stephanie Moore (Larry); and several close cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Elim Bible Church (1318 Olanta Hwy; Effingham, SC). A visitation will be held at the church from 2:00 until 3:00 PM just prior to the service.  Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is honored to serve the Munn Family.
