A memorial service for Stephen Howard Harper, will be at 2:00PM, Wednesday, February 11, 2009, in St. Paul United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Dane Morehead. Inurnment at 3:30PM in Mt. Hope Cemetery Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Methodist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 5446, Florence, SC 29502. Mr. Harper, 35, died Saturday, February 7, 2009, in Banner Elk, NC. He was born May 14, 1973, in Florence, SC, to Jean Griffin Harper and the late William Gordon Harper. He was a graduate of West Florence High School, attended Florence-Darlington Tech and was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. Among his survivors, in addition to his mother, are: brother, William G. Harper, III of Florence.
