Florence, SC Sittipol Prommasit, 53, of Florence, S.C., died Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at his residence after an illness. He was born in Thailand, a son of Kumplang Taraseungnearn Willey and the late William Louis Willey. He was formerly employed with King Cadillac in Florence, S.C. for 16 years before retiring. He was a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints and served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Survivors in addition to his mother are his wife, Julie Prommasit of Florence, S.C.; two children, William Michael Prommasit of New York City; Derek Pepper Prommasit of Gainesville, Florida; two sisters, Marie Carol Geddings of Sumter, S.C.; Jaew Chaveewan of Thailand; one brother, Michael Louis Willey of Greenville, S.C.; Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Florence, S.C. Interment will follow at 3:00 P.M. in Evergreen Cemetery in Sumter, S.C. with military honors. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 12, 2013 from 6-8:00 P.M. at Cain Funeral Home. Cain Funeral is in charge of arrangements.
