Rose Marie Calcutt, 83, of Florence, SC, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022.  She was born in Florence, a daughter of the late Robert and Allie Baxley Taylor.  In addition to her parents, she is also predeceased by three brothers, Brantley Taylor, Barney Taylor and Gary Taylor; two sisters, Dessie Cox and Lucille Bryant; and one grandson, Sean Conner.

Marie enjoyed dancing, skating and playing cards at the Leatherman Center.  She loved spending time with her family, bowling, and spending time with her 57 girls, the beach and bingo.  She worked 47 years at Richbourgh's Auto Electric and was a member of the Gospel Temple.

Surviving is her husband, Gene A. Calcutt; son, Roger Dale (Cheryl) Calcutt; two daughters, Annette (Dale) Conner and Mitzi (Joe) Lee; four grandchildren, Kristin Lee, Henry Joe Lee III "Jody", Kacie (Andrew) Flowers and Dawson Conner; and two great grandchildren, Paul Thomas Brigman and Sean Wildes Flowers.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 in the chapel of Cain Calcutt Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the funeral home just prior to the service, and other times at the family home.
