Robert Lee Williamson, 75, of Florence, died Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in Florence, SC. He was born August 6, 1937 in Dillon, SC to the late Daniel and Flora Williamson. Robert was a member of Hamer Baptist Church in Dillon, SC. He loved driving his truck for a living. The family wishes to express their thanks to Commander Nursing Home and Staff for their great care of Mr. Williamson. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and a sister. Survivors include: wife - Lois Ann Edwards Williamson of Florence; Children - Victor (Yvette) Pavlick of Stanhope, NJ, Cheryl (D.K.) Dorriety of Coward, Jill (Richard) Hartnett of Loris and Lori (Bobby) Benton of Florence; grandchildren - Sara Pavlick, Chris Dorriety, Matthew Preece, Ryan Smith and Logan Benton; and 4 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 10, 2012, at Evergreen Baptist Church.
