Richard C. "Rich" Cioffi, 57, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 following a brief illness. He was born in Albany, NY, son of the late Joseph M. Cioffi Sr. and Carolyn T. McGraw Cioffi.

Born into the restaurant industry, Rich owned and operated many successful restaurants in the Capitol Region.   After moving to Virginia as an Area Manager for Friendly's, Wendy's and H20 Hospitality, Rich relocated to Manning, SC where he owned and operated 2 Franchise Huddle House Restaurants.

Rich is survived by his sister Michelle A. Cioffi and his brother, Joseph M. (Patti) Cioffi Jr.; two nephews, William J. (Lisa) Cioffi and Jeremiah (Tracy) Crandall; two great nephews Theo and Eli Cioffi and a great niece Eva Crandall; in addition to many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.  Anyone who knew Rich is aware of the immeasurable extended family, colleagues, staff, and friends that surrounded him wherever he lived.

A Celebration of Life will take place in East Greenbush, New York in July 2023 (Date to be announced) and Rich will be laid to rest in a private graveside ceremony.
