Rebecca Ann Luther Daniels, 71, of Florence, SC, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at MUSC due to complications of COVID-19.  Becky was born on July 17, 1949 in Thomasville, NC, to George and Peggy Clodfelder Luther.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, David Luther in 1976, a brother Steve Luther in 2002, and a son, Blake Ashley Daniels in 2012.

Becky graduated in 1967 from Trinity High School in North Carolina.  She joined the United States Air Force in May 1968 and served 7 months before separating and later joining the South Carolina Air National Guard in May 1982 until retirement in 2003 as a SMSGT.  Prior to her retirement, she had an incentive flight in an F-16 fighter aircraft and she loved it.  Becky was a volunteer at McLeod Hospital as a cuddler in 2013 in the NICU.

Surviving is her husband, Billy Daniels; daughter, Amy Daniels Hughes; two grandsons, Trey C. Munn and Ryan Hughes; and one great grandson, Tanner O'Neal Munn.
