Phyllis Ann Bitzer Gaskins, 64, died October 20, 2010. She was born December 15, 1945 in Mount Vernon, NY, to the late Andrew and Venning Taylor Bitzer. The family will receive friends Saturday October 23, 2010 from 3:00-5:00 PM at Cain Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to National Parks Conservation Association 1300 19th Street, NW, Suite 300 Washington, DC 20036. Mrs. Gaskins was a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church. She was employeed with D.C. Barbot and Associates for over 40 years.. Survivors include her husband, Rick Gaskins; daughters, Laura Gaskins of Florence, and Andrea Gaskins of Coward; and a grandson, Landon Thomas Pigate.
