Penny Sutton Hudson, 73, of Florence, S.C., died Sunday, February 19, 2017 at McLeod Hospice House. She was born in Americus, Ga. Penny was retired from Carolinas Hospital System and was employed with Tomlinson's Wholesale in Florence. She was a member of Community Free Will Baptist Church. She is predeceased by her husband, Billy Terrell Hudson who passed away in 2016, two daughters, Terrell Ann Fickling, Tammy Lynn Adams and her husband Wade. Penny is survived by two sons, David Hudson(Cindi) of Florence, S.C.; Tommy Hudson(Susan) of Darlington, S.C.; son-in-law, Troy Fickling of Charlotte, N.C.; three grandchildren, Brooks Fickling (Kasey) of Columbia, S.C.; Lauren Stuckey(Bryan) of Woodstock, Ga.; Hunter Adams of Greenwood, S.C.; a great-grandson, Hudson Wade Stuckey. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Florence National Cemetery directed by Cain Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 P.M.
