Florence, SC Paula Linette Marner Schmidt, 43, of Florence, died Saturday, October 20, 2012 in Florence, SC. She was born July 21, 1969 in Cedar Rapids, IA to David Marner, Sr. and the late Pauline Frank Marner. Mrs. Schmidt was a member of Lamb's Chapel Christian Center. Paula was a loving wife and friend. She loved riding horses, reading, being hospitable and encouraging to everyone. Paula was preceded in death by mother, Pauline Marner. Survivors include: husband - Mark Schmidt of Florence; father - David Marner, Sr. of Cedar Rapids, IA; brothers - David Marner Jr. and Trent Marner both of Cedar Rapids, IA. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 am Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at Lamb's Chapel Christian Center. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6:00-8:00 pm at Cain Funeral Home.
