Paula "Eula" Hondros Kampiziones, 94, was born in Aiyia Vlaherna, Greece. She was the daughter of Stavros and Eleni Hondros.
Eula was a devoted member of the Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church where she contributed in all aspects of her church life. She was involved in various activities including the Church Choir, Sunday School, Philoptochos, Daughters of Evrytania and the Annual Greek Festival and Pastry Sale. She had a passion for gardening and flower arranging making sure her church was always adorned with beautiful flowers from her garden.
Along with her husband Andrew Kampiziones, she supported the cultural enrichment of her Greek heritage in the community of Florence and beyond.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband Andrew Kampiziones and her daughter Stavroula.
Surviving are her nephews and nieces, Helen (Steve) Doulaveris, Rena Chizmar, Steve Hondros, George (Theodora) Kampiziones, Terry (Niki) Kampiziones, Andrew (Helen) Kampiziones, Joanne (Tian) Ying, Helen Poulos, Gus Poulos and numerous beloved nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Trisagion and Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Transfiguration of our Savior Greek Orthodox Church, directed by Cain Calcutt Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery and a Luncheon at the Church Hellenic Center.
