Florence, SC Patricia Stokes "Pat" Buffkin, 63, died on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at her residence after an illness. Patricia was born in Hartsville, SC. Pat was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her step-father, Edward "Ed" Gibson. Pat is survived by her daughter, Kelli Stokes; her grandchildren, Payton and Pierce Hickson; and another daughter, Jodi Stokes. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 6:00 PM at Greenwood Baptist Church in Florence. The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 until 6:00 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Ministry at Greenwood Baptist Church in Florence.
