Patricia "Carol" Holton Paul, 80, of Florence, SC, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.  She was born in Reelsboro, NC, the daughter of the late Ashley and Clara Bell Holton.  In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a daughter, Kimmie Dennis; two brothers and three sisters.

Carol was a part of the founding family of the Reelsboro PH Church located in Reelsboro, NC.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her own family as well as many neighborhood children.  Carol enjoyed the mountains, bingo, country music and traveling.  Her favorite TV shows were "I Love Lucy" and many westerns.

Surviving is her husband, W.A. "Bill" Paul; son, David Ringley (Miranda); three daughters, Lisa Carol Springs (Chuck), Teresa Watkins and Bobbie Teal (Rickey); seven grandchildren, Chris Ringley (Jessica), Jordan Ringley Poston (Tyler), Adam Springs, Dustin Teal (Brittney), Chelsea Teal Dotson (Hunter), Katrina Beasley and Kerri Baylor (Jessica); eighteen great-grandchildren with more to come; her wonderful caregiver, Cynthia Roary; and several other extended family members.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Reelsboro Pentecostal Holiness Church in North Carolina.  Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is honored to serve the Paul family.
