Norma F. Decker, 89, of Hartsville, SC, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. She was born in DeFuniak Springs, FL, a daughter of the late Herman Edgar and Mary Painter Rutherford. She is also predeceased by her husband, William Donald "Bill" Decker, a grandson, Drew Decker and a brother, Robert William Rutherford. The best thing in her life was marrying her husband, Bill, whom she lost last year and who loved her unconditionally. She was a good and faithful wife. She was a member of the garden club, loved reading and taking care of her home and family. She is survived by her son, David (Laura) Decker of Hartsville; two daughters, Donna K. Stafford of Ohio and Mary Jane Goodson of Florence; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A private graveside service will be held in the Florence Memorial Gardens Chapel, directed by Cain-Calcutt Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Embrace Hospice, 644 S.
