Neil McQueen Rogerson, 40, of Florence, S.C., died Wednesday, February 15, 2017. He was born in Florence, S.C. the son of Judy McQueen and the late Daniel D. Rogerson, Jr. Neil served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was a huge fan of "Widespread Panic", Carolina football and NASCAR. His greatest love was his faithful companion "Macey Mae Magnolia". Neil is predeceased by his father, a brother, Dano Rogerson and maternal grandparents, Grover C. and Virginia McQueen. He is survived by his mother, Judy McQueen of Florence, S.C.; maternal aunts, Jane Livingston(Scott) of Atlanta, Ga; Kathryn Eichelberger(John) of Ninety-Six, S.C.; maternal cousins, William Henry, Laure, Bonny, Gary, Adam, Virginia, Grace and Brian; Paternal grandparents, D.D. Rogerson and Virginia Rogerson; paternal aunts, Jeannine and Carolyn; paternal uncle, Wesley; paternal cousins, Ginny, David and Jonathan. A memorial service will be held Monday, February 20, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Cain Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 prior to the service.
