Nathan Wayne Hudson, 66, of Florence, SC, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024.  He was born in Florence, a son of the late Mary Hudson and William Hudson, Jr.  He is also predeceased by his wife, Deborah Culp Hudson and his siblings, Brenda Jordan (Buck), James Hudson, Roger Lynn Hudson and Johnny Ray Hudson.  Wayne worked for 38 years for B&B Contracting in Charlotte, NC.  He enjoyed fishing and NASCAR, and he loved his wife and family.

Surviving are his sons, Rob Hudson and Justin Hudson; granddaughters, Lillyanne Johnson and Hope Hudson; siblings, William Hudson, Gary Dean Hudson (Pam); niece, Lynn Ransey; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Florence Baptist Chapel, 14   2nd Loop Road, Florence, SC.   Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is honored to serve the Hudson family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Pediatric Cancer Research.
