Nancy Clark Campbell, 89, of Florence, SC, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.  She was born in East Chicago, Indiana, daughter of the late Fern Morrison Clark and Elmer DeForest Clark.  She is predeceased by her husband of 63 years, David (Dave) Campbell, her brother, Richard Clark, and sister-in-law, Jean Clark.  Nancy was a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University.  She was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. Nancy taught Biology and Chemistry at Southside High School and South Florence High School.  She will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother.  Nancy was an avid quilter and sewer.  She made many beautiful pieced and appliqued quilts and wall hangings.  She enjoyed her years being a member of the Swamp Fox Quilters Guild.

Surviving are her daughter, Cynthia Campbell of Charlotte, NC; son, Bruce Campbell (Eve) of Columbia, SC; grandsons Anderson Campbell (Michelle) of Columbia, SC and Benjamin Campbell of Washington, DC; great-granddaughter Charlotte Campbell of Columbia, SC; nieces Debbie Avers of Woodville, OH and Cathy Clark of Oregon, OH; and nephew Barry Clark (Angie) of Lima, OH.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Cain Calcutt Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
