Michael "Mike" Larue Baxley, 65, of Pamplico, SC, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.  He is predeceased by his adoptive parents, Allen Edward Ba and Etta Mae Powell Baxley Stone.  Mike was an electrician by trade.

Surviving is his daughter, Judy Powell (Michael); three grandchildren, Barry Weaver, Makayla Kistler and Cera Weaver; two step-grandchildren, Dallas Powell and Dawson Powell; and four siblings, Roy Lee Coker (Teresa Moody), Dottie Smith (Johnny), Mark Baxley and Laura Miles.

A family-led memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church in Effingham, SC.  The family will speak to those in attendance following the service at the church.
