Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Stonerock, 77, wife of Charles Edwin Stonerock, passed away to her eternal home on September 30, 2022. Kathy was born in Oak Park, IL on July 30, 1945. She married Charles Edwin Stonerock in 1964 and moved to Winchester, IN, where she spent most of her life working and raising her family. She earned a B.A. degree in English from Ball State University and proceeded to earn Master's degrees in English and History from Ball State University. She dedicated her career to teaching. She devoted over 30 years to teaching and helping high school students in Randolph County, IN.  This brought her joy until her retirement. She was also a passionate horse enthusiast, training and showing Arabian horses. Afterwards, she moved to Homosassa Springs, FL and ultimately settled in Florence, SC, where she was a loving grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles, as well as her two children Ruth (Jerry) Warren of Union City, IN and Charles (Emily) Stonerock of Florence, SC. She is also survived by her sisters Dorothy J. Graney of Florence, SC and Carol L. Scribner of Boise, ID, as well her grandchildren Cris and Kollin Warren and Stanton and Meredith Stonerock.
