Mrs. Mary Tomsey Sowyak, 95, died January 21, 2010, in Lynchburg, VA after an extended illness. She was born January 23, 1914, in Pittsburgh, PA, to the late John and Theresa Natahgle Tomsey. Survivors include: son, Michael Sowyak of Charlotte, NC; and daughter, Beverly Staat of Lynchburg, VA.
