Mary Elizabeth Stilley Marinko, 91, of Florence, S.C., died Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Carolina's Hospital System in Florence. She was born in Washington County, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Tyler and Sadie Adams Stilley. She was a resident of The Carolinian and a member of Saint John Lutheran Church. Mary is predeceased by her parents, husband, John E. Marinko and one son, Donald Ellison Marinko. She is survived by three sons, John A. Marinko (Kathy) of Sumter, S.C.; William T. Marinko (Corrin) of Summerville, S.C.; Mickey E. Marinko of St. Mary, Ga.; a sister-in-law, Nalda Stilley of Florence, S.C.; one granddaughter, Jennifer Clayton and her husband Alan; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Saint Luke Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in Florence National Cemetery directed by Cain Funeral Home.
