Mary Louise Hood, 82, of Darlington, SC, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020.  She was born in Darlington County, a daughter of the late Theodore and Louise Cooper Williams.  She is also predeceased by her first husband, Eugene Hood, Sr.; her companion, Junior Goodman; four sons, Franklin D. Williams, Eugene Hood, Jr., Mitchell Hood and Patrick Hood; and a daughter, Wendy Hood.

Mrs. Hood was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Darlington.  She worked for many years on the farm and in her later years was a homemaker.  She loved fishing.

Surviving are her daughters, Audry Hood, Vicki Goodman (Douglas J. Cameron, Jr.), and Terry Hood; six grandchildren, Brittany Goodman, Jazmine Goodman, Caleb Hood, Latoya Hood, Joshua Hood and Michel'le Hood; two great-grandchildren, Jordan Montgomery and Malcom Montgomery; and a brother, Thomas (Rose) Williams.
