MULLINS, SC Marvin Dan Lewis, age 73, of Mullins, South Carolina passed away on Jan. 23, 2013 in Florence, SC due to an aneurism. He was born on Jan. 26, 1939 in Mullins to mother Lena Bell and Marvin Odell Lewis. He was baptized in First Baptist Church of Mullins on April 3, 1949. He was married to Sarah Agnes Welch on November 17, 1959 in Ft. Worth, Texas. Dan a native of South Carolina but had lived for several years Texas. He served honorably in the US Air Force. Lewis worked throughout his life primarily in trucking and Formal wear industries. Lewis is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Jack Howard Lewis. He is survived by, his children, James David Christopher Lewis, Robin Riley Lewis Donato & Patrick Shannon Lewis, grandchildren Ryan Keith Jennings, Schuyler Patrick Benjamin Lewis, Kelsey Darah Donato, Jesse Riley Christopher Lewis, Riley Faith Donato, Jarron Michael James Lewis, Patrick Carter Lewis, great-grandchildren Helayna Marie Ryan Jennings, Evelyn Riley Pearl Jennings and his brother and best friend Jerry Oneal Lewis.
