Leon Oscar "Frazz" Watts, Jr., 84, of Florence, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Mr. Watts was born in Florence, SC a son of the late Leon Oscar Watts, Sr. and Mary Early Watts.  He attended South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind.  Even with his disabilities, Frazz stocked groceries and did odd jobs.  He was known to be outgoing and social.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Linda Bass Watts; and sister, Martha Brunson.

Surviving are his brother, Buddy Watts; aunt, Cecilia (Puggy) Disher; uncle, Eddie Early; nieces, Julie (Chris) Parker and Priscilla (Charles) Russell.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Calcutt-Dowling Funeral Home with the family receiving friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.  A private burial will take place at Florence Memorial Gardens.
