Lawrence James Minnick, 54, of Timmonsville, passed into eternal rest on February 5, 2010 in Florence, SC. Larry was born February 15, 1955 in Freeport, IL to the late Ershel Minnick and Evelyn Corbett Minnick Morris. Mr. Minnick lived and worked in the Florence area for the last 50 years, and will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, and brother. He was a hard worker with a ready smile and a heart of gold. Survivors include; wife, Linda Tanner Minnick, of the home; sons, John, Steven, and David Minnick, all of Florence; sisters; Lorrie Passalaigue of Moncks Corner, and Jodie Strickland, of Mooreboro, NC; brother, Jim Minnick of Mt. Morris, IL; and grandchildren, Jaelin and Amya Minnick. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Lonny Minnick, and Julian "Jay" Carter.
