Larry Laverne Tunstall, 51, of Florence, SC, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022, after a long, hard-fought battle with medical issues and he is now at his eternal home, at peace with his Savior.   He was born in Florence, SC, the son of the late Richard and Azalee Burroughs Tunstall.  Larry was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and loved his family, close friends and his church.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, NASCAR and Clemson.

Surviving is his wife, Marsha Ard Tunstall; son, Mitchell Tunstall, and his daughter, Madelynn Tunstall.  He is also survived by several other family members and close friends whom he loved dearly.

A family led memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Darlington, SC.  The family will speak to those in attendance following the services.  Cremation services are entrusted to Cain Calcutt Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
