Larry Lindberg Outlaw, Jr., 43, of Effingham, SC, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023.  He was born in Marion County, SC, the son of the late Patricia Campbell Outlaw and Larry Lindberg Outlaw, Sr.

Larry worked as a cook for KJ's Market and for IHOP.  He was a former semi-professional football player in Annapolis, MD.  He loved fishing, cooking and billiards, where he was a member of the APA Pool League.  He was known for his contagious smile and laughter and you knew it from a mile away.  He had a special love for many friends and family and touched many lives while here for such a short time.  He was a very loving and wonderful husband to Shelby.

Larry is survived by his wife, Shelby McKenzie Outlaw; two children, Korin Outlaw and Kory Outlaw; two granddaughters, Sydney and Kindy Barry; two brothers, Donovan Outlaw and Michael Outlaw; two sisters, Brittney Outlaw and Angela Shivers; a number of aunts, uncles nieces and nephews and an abundance of friends from Maryland to South Carolina.

Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is entrusted with cremation services for the family.
