Larry LeGrand Hyman went home to be with his Lord and Savior on May 23, 2017. Larry was born on July 17, 1932 to Henry I. and Mintie Miles Hyman at Pamplico, SC. He later moved to Johnsonville, marrying Ileta Miles Hyman. A longtime member of Johnsonville First Baptist church, he leaves behind many friends, nieces and nephews. Larry is predeceased by his wife of 46 years, four brothers, and five sisters. Larry was self-employed as a carpenter and he and his wife also operated an elderly care facility from their home in the Vox community for 30 years, giving loving care to many patients and their families. Larry was also a member of the Leo Masonic Lodge. A memorial service will be held at the Johnsonville First Baptist Church on Sunday May 28 at 3 PM.
