Larry Michael Bruce, 70, of Florence, SC, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024.  He was born in Florence, a son of the late Jeff Willard Bruce and Alma Poston Bruce.  He is also preceded in death by two brothers, Glen William Bruce and Don Arthur Bruce.  Larry worked in the construction industry as a painter.

Surviving is a son, Larry Michael Bruce II; a daughter, Lindsey Flowers (Scott); two sisters, Martha Ann Bruce Nettles (Larry) and Judy Ann Bruce Thompson (Danny); a brother, Terry Willard Bruce (Tammy); three grandchildren, Paisley Bruce, Lawson Flowers and Owen Flowers; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Cain Calcutt Funeral Home.  The family will speak to those in attendance following the service.
