FLORENCE, SC Krystal Michelle Hughes Johnson, 29, of Florence, SC, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Krystal was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of Sidney Hughes, III and Peggy Ann Baxley Munn. She was a waitress with the local Waffle House. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Sidney Hughes, II; paternal grandparents, Noah S. Pate and Leilla Pate and two cousins, Adam Hughes and Quinton Hughes. Surviving are her parents, Peggy (Paul) Ann Baxley Munn and Sidney Hughes, III; children Selena Johnson, Joseph Gregg Johnson, Jr. and William Gabriel Johnson; sister, Cindy Tompai; brothers, Sid (Angie) Hughes and Jessie Hughes; step-sisters, Jessica Blackman, Paula Munn and Melanie Munn; grandmother, Carolyn Crimminger; foster mother, Elaine (Woody) Grice of Florence; a number of aunts and uncles and a number of cousins. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2015, at Cain-Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM at Florence Memorial Gardens in Florence.
