Karin L. Speck Giannetti, 44, of Quinby, SC, died Sunday, January 15, 2012. She was born in Wilmington, Delaware, a daughter of the late Ronald L. and Carol Thomas Speck. Karin enjoyed being a stay at home mother and homemaker. She also thoroughly enjoyed trips to the beach with her family. Karin is survived by her husband, Michael Giannetti of Quinby, SC; grandmother, Dorothy Habbart of Delaware; sons Jonathan Speck of Delaware, Anthony Giannetti and Robert Giannetti, both of Quinby SC; step-daughters, Stephanie Giannetti of Florence, SC and Jillian Giannetti of Buffalo, NY; step-son Chris Giannetti of Delaware; sister, Patti Speck Roberts of Delaware and a brother, David Speck of Myrtle Beach, SC; and a grandchild, Jonathan Michael Speck. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the local chapter of the American Heart Association. A private family service will be held at a later date.
