Judy Vinson Bailey, 59, of Florence, SC, passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2021.  She was born in Goldsboro, NC, the daughter of the late James Omah and Shirley Hobbs Vinson.  She is also predeceased by her brother-in-law, William Carl Flowers, Sr.

Surviving are her husband, Larry Bailey; a son, Joseph "Joey" Melton Stevens; two grandchildren, Joseph Bradley Stevens and Zoey Solis Stevens; a sister, Sherl Vinson Flowers; two half-siblings, JW Vinson and Debbie Vinson Maize; step-mother, Beverly Vinson; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Cain Calcutt Funeral Home.  COVID-19 protocols, including limiting occupancy to 20 people, social distancing and face coverings will be observed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Children's Miracle Network or the Florence Humane Society.
