Jason "JT" Troy Watford, 43, of Surf Side Beach, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at his residence.  He was born in Florence, SC, a son of Linda Graham Watford and the late Troy L. Watford, Jr. of Florence.

JT was a graduate of South Florence High School and attended Florence Darlington Tech.  He worked at Swedish Match.  He loved his family, especially the "light of his eyes" his girls.  He was an avid NASCAR fan and Gamecock football fan.

JT is survived by his girls, Bryn and Kylie Watford; his mother, Linda Graham Watford of Florence; two brothers, Kevin Watford of Atlanta, GA and Brandon Watford of Florence; sister, Shannon Watford (Harry) Elmore of Bishopville; niece, Rivers Elmore; a special uncle, Wayne Graham of Florence, and many other uncles, aunts and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, in the Cain Calcutt Funeral Home chapel, with burial at Mount Hope Cemetery following the service.  The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM on Tuesday, January 29, at the funeral home.
