DARLINGTON A visitation for Joseph Lynn Parker, husband of Danna Marie Schulze Parker will be Wednesday August 22, 2010 from 7:00-9:00PM, at Cain Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Florence County Humane Society, PO Box 4808 Florence, SC 29502. Mr. Parker, 58, died September 18, 2010, in Atlanta. He was born November 6, 1951, in Tiltonsville, OH, to the late Alton and Mary Yasiewicz Parker. He was also predeceased by an aunt, Ann Yasiewicz who raised him after his parent's death. Mr. Parker was a member and chaplain of the Elk's Lodge #1075 in Florence. He was a basketball referee in Ohio, and also coached little league sports in Florence. For several years he was a track official at the Florence Memorial Speedway. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are: sons, Brian (Leslie) Loggie and Charles "C.J." Parker both of Florence, and Laudau Parker of Wintersville, OH; brother-in-law, Jim (Melanie) Anderson; nieces, Lori Lynn (Tom) Fleetwood, and Alicia (Ken) Register; grandchildren, Tristan Loggie, and Hannah Loggie; and several great nieces and nephews.
