Joseph Lee Berg, 63, of Florence, SC, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018 at his residence.  Mr. Berg was born in Florence, a son of the late Benjamin S. and Katie Flowers Berg.  He worked with Winn Dixie Grocery Stores as a Frozen Food Manager until their closing.  He was an avid artist and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by his wife, Marsha Thomas Berg and two brothers, Pete and Arthur Berg.

Surviving are three siblings, Harry (Billie) Berg, Jimmy (Virginia) Berg and Beverly (Bubba) Conner, a number of nieces and nephews and his beloved cat, Jon Luke.

Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 in the Florence Memorial Garden Mausoleum Chapel, directed by Cain Calcutt Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the services.
