John Kyle Williamson, 65, of Effingham, SC, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, in the McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee. Kyle was born in Georgetown, SC, a son of the late John Ottis Williamson and Carol Lee Bath Williamson. He graduated from Wilson High School and loved baseball, in which he held his own as a pitcher. He was the owner and operator of Quality Lawn Services and was a dog lover. Everyone that met him knew the size of his heart and his easy going soul. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving in addition to his mother are two siblings, Tracey W. Dennis and Chad (Wendy) Williamson, three nephews, Brady, Chandler (Casey) and Cody Dennis, a niece, Logan Williamson, several grand nieces and nephews and his canine companion, Buster.
