John Lawrence Norris Sr., 61, of Florence, SC, died on Thursday, November 5, 2016. He was born in Timmonsville, SC, a son of the late Sammie and Jean Newton Norris. Surviving is his wife, Carol E. Norris, "Kim Stevens"; two sons, John Lawrence Norris, Jr. and Nicholas Alexander Norris; two grandchildren, John Alexander Norris and Cohen Norris; three brothers and two sisters. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Saturday, November 14, 2015, at Cain-Calcutt-Stephens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
