Florence, SC John J. Lloyd, Jr., age 64, of Florence, S.C., died Friday, April 26, 2013 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Doris Foutz Lloyd of Florence, S.C.; his mother, Bertha Over of Baltimore, MD; four children, John Jerome Lloyd, lll and his wife Cynthia; Cynthia Lloyd, Tracey Schertle and Christopher Dietrich, all of Baltimore, Maryland. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 11:00 at Dawsey United Methodist Church in Florence, SC. A committal service with military honors will be held Friday, May 3, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. in Florence National Cemetery. Cain Funeral Home is assisting the family.
