Marion, SC John Henry Ferrell, Jr.,57, of Marion, died Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at Carolinas Hospital in Marion. He was born in Flagstaff, Arizona to the late Norma Ann and John Henry Ferrell, Sr. Mr. Ferrell served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Survivors include: Fiance, Tanya Boshers of Marion, SC; two sons, John Henry Ferrell III, Timothy Ira Ferrell; two daughters, Evelyn (John) Harmon, Rebecca Ann Mixon; brother, William Eugene Ferrell; and sisters, Barbara Ronalyn Sorenson and Brenda (Charles) Parker and 13 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2014, at Cain Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Florence Area Humane Society.
