Joanne M. Kendle, 89, of Marion SC went home to be wither her Lord and Savior on Monday, September 16, 2024.  Born on Christmas Day in New Philadelphia Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and M. Marie Parson.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Eugene "Jr" Parson and Loren "Sonny" Parson; one sister, Leah "Fern" Puffinbuger; her mother in law, Esther Kendle and her father in law, Walter Kendle; two brothers in law, Eugene Kendle and Kenneth Kendle; three sisters in law, Doris Sarbaugh, Harriet Eash and Edna Dunfee; and a son-in-law, Gary Francis.

Surviving is her husband of 73 years, Donald L. Kendle; two daughters, Kathy Francis of Lexington, SC and Melanie (Gary) Patrick of Marion, SC; two grandsons, Todd (Pamela) Francis of Lexington, SC and Matthew (Megan) Francis of Lahaina, HI (Maui); and a great granddaughter, Sylvia Kay Francis of Lexington, SC.
