Joan M. Joiner, 68, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday December 3, 2009 after a long battle with cancer. She died peacefully at home with her family at her side. She was born May 6, 1941 in Beloit, WI and moved to Darlington after retiring in 2003. She was the beloved wife of John Joiner for forty-seven years. Funeral services will be at a later date in Beloit, WI. The family wishes to thank Dr. Markwell and his staff and Carolinas Hospice for all their care and support during our time of need.
