Jimmy Leon Streett, 65, of Florence, SC, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018, at McLeod Regional Medical Center.  He was born in Hartsville, a son of Marie Kirby Streett and the late James Walter Streett.  He is also predeceased by a brother, Raleigh Walter Streett.

He was formerly employed by National Welders, Coca-Cola and The News Journal.  He was a lifelong member of the Ruritan Club and he loved all forms of racing, especially remote controlled racing.

He is survived by his mother; his wife, Beth Streett; two sons, Jamie Leon Streett and his mother, Cheryl Anderson, and Justin Leland (Melissa) Streett; daughter, Jenna Elizabeth Streett; three grandchildren, Daniel Brown, Gabriel Brown and Madison Porter; and two nieces, Andrea and Angel.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.  Cain Calcutt Funeral Home is assisting the family.
