Jennifer Gail Reinman, 74, of Florence, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and countless memories cherished by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
Born in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada, Jennifer was the daughter of the late Keith and June Rose Harkins. She graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Education. After university, Jennifer “chased the sunshine,” as they say, moving to Greenville, South Carolina, where she met the love of her life, Paul Reinman. Here they began a marriage and legacy that would span more than 30 years, filled with love, shared adventures, and the joy of raising five children. Family was the heart of Jennifer’s life, and she treasured the time they spent together. She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures, from spending time outdoors or at the beach to soaking up the sunshine on a beautiful spring day. She had a way of connecting with people and extending kindness to everyone she met. Her warmth, laughter, and genuine care for others left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Jennifer enjoyed a fulfilling 30-year career in human resources with Texize and Beneteau, where she retired as Director of Human Resources. She truly loved her career, not simply because of the work itself, but because she loved taking care of her employees. Building relationships, making people feel valued, and creating a positive workplace were among the things that made her work meaningful.
Faith was another meaningful part of Jennifer’s life. She and her family were members of Highland Park United Methodist and NewSpring Churches. Jennifer especially loved volunteering in the church nursery, where she treasured the opportunity to care for the little ones.
In addition to her parents, Jennifer was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Reinman, and her sister, Andrea Winslow.
She is survived by her sons, Christopher Reinman (Ellie), Brandon Reinman (Tricia), Daniel Reinman (Soo), and Everett Reinman; her daughter, Abby Oliver (Courtney); her daughter-in-law, Ginny Reinman; her grandchildren, Sam Arritt, Gerry Arritt, Braeden Reinman, Jeffrey Reinman, Mckenzie Reinman, Charlotte Reinman, Olivia Reinman, Psymon Oliver, Sam Oliver, and Shilo Oliver; and her great-granddaughter, Aurora Reinman. She is also survived by her brother, Daniel Harkins, and her sisters, Rosemary Salvatori and Barbara Hubbard, along with her dear nieces and nephews and the cherished family members who became her brothers and sisters through marriage.
Jennifer’s life reminds us to cherish the people we love, find laughter in everyday moments, enjoy the sunshine whenever we can, and make others feel cared for and valued. Those who knew her will carry these lessons forward, along with the many happy memories she leaves behind.
A church led Celebration of Life honoring Jennifer will be held at Highland Park United Methodist Church on November 24, 2026 at 2 PM.
Cremation services are entrusted to Calcutt-Dowling Funeral Home.
