Jeanette Singletary Rowell, 92, of Florence, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 18, 2016. She was born in Coward, SC, a daughter of the late William Walter and Mamie Cockfield Singletary. Ms. Rowell was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband, Wilmont Grady Rowell; a daughter, Wilma Rowell-Poston; a son, Robert Scott Rowell; a granddaughter, Talya Poston; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
